C. Public Comment
The Library Board invites citizens to address the Board on any matter, except items on the agenda and public hearings that are included on the agenda. Comments related to items on the agenda and public hearings will be heard when the specific item/hearing starts. Citizen comments are limited to three (3) minutes, unless otherwise required by law. To address the Board, please fill out a Public Comment Card and submit it to a staff member prior to the Public Comment section on the agenda. The Library Board is not permitted to take any action or discuss any item not listed on the agenda. The Board may choose to place the item on a future agenda.
D. Presentations and Updates
1. Hear a report from the Friends of the Sunnyvale Public Library.
2. Hear the monthly Director's Financial reports for November 2024.
E. Discussion and Action Items
1. Discuss, consider, and act upon the minutes from the October 15, 2024, Library Board meeting.
2. Discuss the library's current fine and fee structure.
3. Discuss recent and upcoming events at the Doris Padgett Public Library.
4. Discuss, consider, and act upon the schedule for the January, February, and March 2025 Library Board meetings.

Notice is hereby given that the Library Board will conduct a Special Meeting on Tuesday, December 3, 2024 at the Doris Padgett Public Library. The public is encouraged to attend the meeting. Email comments may also be submitted to matthew.kolman@townofsunnyvale.org by 3 p.m. the day of the meeting.
I hereby certify that the foregoing notice was posted at Town Hall, 127 N. Collins Rd., Sunnyvale, Texas and at the Doris Padgett Public Library at 402 Tower Pl. Sunnyvale, Texas, and remained so posted continuously for at least 72 hours preceding the scheduled time of said meeting:
